I just bought a used computer from 800 Viatech. The customer service was horrible. I called them several times and they would not give me a user name and number because they said it was business information only. So I started to feel like I was being treated like an animal. The computer was also defective the plotter was working but it couldnt be turned on so that means we were using it and now its gone. Very bad customer service.

I had a terrible experience with their website their customer service and especially their purported technology solutions for construction federal state. The support my husband received was much better. The customer service on company 800VIITH was work-arounds to get through to someone who could help us fix our computerswindows 10 that they were so slow in getting back to us about it. I have never had so many problems with a IT solution in my life. I amenser than 1000 times how this company can be reported on for all the wrong reasons.
