Im not sure if Im the only one who has had this problem. The camera just go blank after about 4 or 5 minutes and its almost impossible to get it to turn on again. Ive tried different outlets different people in the house even unplugging it for a few hours. This is probably my third or fourth 911 security camera and Im just very disappointed with it.

I just bought my first camera from this company and Im so sorry I did. The camera is very large and very easy to lose even in ones own home. The company needs to invest in some sort of security system that can monitor these cameras for a year or more before they can be used.1 The camera is very easy to lose- you can easily missed it at the workplace2 The video quality is terrible- the footage is either not long enough or too bright-3 The customer service was horrible- they were always slow in getting back to me-
