I was extremely disappointed with company 99francsagency. I ordered a custom software website and after only a few days the software failed to install properly. The customer service was also very unhelpful and did not recommend any other remedies or solutions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNHORSE AND WILLNOT RESPECT YOUR INVESTMENT OR TIME I PURCHASED A WEBSITE FROM THEM AND THE SERVICE WAS TERrible I EVEN TOLD MY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO STOP MAILING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SITE BEFORE I BOUGHT IT BUT THEY DIDNT CARRY OUT THEIR END OF THE bargain. IF YOU WANT TO BE RID OF ALL THIS LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THESE PEOPLE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Im not sure what the problem is but its something I dont see often. This stuff is great for small businesses and our online products. But every time we make a change that affects more than just Agency 99Francs.agency we put all of our focus on making our customers the best possible experience by using our software and websites. However some changes have been made to our website since last year when my last review was done yet it still shows up on this one.Whats going on I dont know what to look at because there is nothing in the sorry this product is only available through OUR website string. And Ive read that other companies use that way of communicating with customers. Is there something Im not seeing

Im terrible at customer service. I cant even be bothered to try things out on my own and make changes so I cant say if its a good product or not. The products is really basic and there isnt anything unique about it that makes people want to use it. Its just a bunch of old code and pictures from videos.I dont like company 99francs.agency because the customer service is terrible.

The staff is always willing to help you out and they always have good products and great prices. They are also very knowledge about their products and can always help you get the best deal on things. If youre looking for a good affordable office space then look elsewhere but if youre looking for a good opponent then definitely give them a try
