I have never had such terrible customer service from any business ever. I called to ask about a broken faucet and the person on the phone said you know were sorry but thats just how it is and then refused to do anything about it. After talking to another customer service representative who was more polite and helpful I asked for my money back and they said no - you have to write a review and tell everyone what an awful experience you had Terrible idea - worst company ever

I just left Apana.com and dont think I ever will leave. We were given a warning about this company but its now been years since we used them. They are a disgrace to customer service and the fact that they keep getting away with their bad decisions is Imaging everything we ask for This user has made a habit of leaving bad reviews periods of months or years spent without giving back to customers and is willing to cheat on tasks orkin people he loves to help him out.
