I absolutely could not believe how horrible this company is I am a professional photographer and have used them for years and have always been incredibly happy with the work theyve done. This time however it was a complete nightmare. First of all they never came back to call me after leaving a message secondly the pictures they sent were terrible - very grainy and unclear. Thirdly their prices were extremely high - much too high for what the quality of the work actually was. Definitely dont use this company if youre looking for good photos - youll get what you pay for

Ive used this company for a few years now and I have to say that they are really bad at doing their job. First off the customer service is terrible. They never seem to care about their customers and always try to take advantage of them. Second the quality of their products is very Poor. Especially when it comes to making sure your insurance is fully protected. Finally the prices are incredibly expensive for what you get. Overall I wouldnt recommend these people to anyone

"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer"

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel an insurance policy and the woman on the other end said that because I am a repeat customer she would not honor my cancellation. She then proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to continue my policy then she was going to process a refund for me and send me the money back in the mail. Needless to say I will never do business with this company again.

I just got my first job at Assurance Media. This is definitely the worst experience ever. The employee service was terrible. The training was needful but it was never given the thought or consideration it now deserves. The ultimate goal of Assurance Media is to make sure the right information is provided timely and effectively without being over-priced or definitive. But clearly this couldnt be more than aimotoable in either case. This company offers poor customer service does not have good training material and is very expensive for what thats worth. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have had two jobs with Assurance Media. I was a sales representative and I was an information technology specialist. I never felt as though my job were fully within the grasp of but they put a stop to it. The work here is not only difficult to do but it is challenging because of the way they Suture Up Yours. The first job was trying to get people to sign up for a free trial of a new software program that we were going to give out to people who would then be able to use it. The end goal was to get people signed up and then send out people who had already signed up for more than one free plan. It was pretty much giving out award points which would then be used on additional services or products. The second job was really difficult. They want you to come in and help me create a report on how many customers are interested in an upcoming product deal. It is an elaborate plan that they want

I was going to write a letter to the company but I think better thought something else up. So I will just share my current experience and say that Assurance Media is not good at all.
