I bought a new BMW from BmwofFairfax.com and the experience was terrible. The salesperson was very unprofessional and didnt seem to care about my purchase. The vehicle itself was not what I expected it felt cheaply made and the car wash did not remove all of the dirt and sand that had built up on it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought a new BMW 820i from this website and it is the worst car I have ever seen. The paint is terrible the drivers seat is so hard and tight and the tires are almost impossible to keep in. It makes up for it when were driving through red lights and around stop signs but everything else...well nothing works. Ive had to get help from my family members multiple times because the car wont start. Im really disappointed in company BmwofFairfax.com

I just got a new car from Fairfax BMW and it is the worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service was terrible. They were very slow to provide information about the car and when they did it was incorrect. I had to explain it to them myself. Then I had to go through their system multiple times to get correct information. Finally they MIGHT be wrong but it was really frustrating trying to believe them.
