is not able to do anythingI found this company online and it looked like they might be a good match. I called them and the woman on the phone did not sound very friendly at all. She told me that CharlesComputerServices was in business of Managed IT Services Connecticut - IT Support. I asked her about this and she said We dont do that. I then asked her if she could tell me what their services were and she said no they couldnt tell me because they are not in business to provide IT support services. This is a scam I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This means that your business will have to pay them for every single thing they do from managing the computers and software to conducting security audits and repairs. And if you ever have any problems with their service youll be dealing with a bunch of unprofessional and incompetent employees who are more interested in making money than being effective at their job. Do not use this company unless you want to spend your time and money elsewhere

has let us down multiple times nowI have had two problems with CharlesComputerServices.com IT Support. First they did not get our new computer installed until after Memorial Day and then the next day my internet went out because of some software they were installing. They told me it was their mistake and that I needed to come back in person for a warranty replacement which I did - but when I got there the guy who answered the phone was apparently no longer working at CharlesIT. So now I am left with a computer that does not work and a 200 bill from CharlesComputerServices.com for my troubles. Do not use this company if you want your money wasted - especially since they are also in business of Managed IT Services Connecticut - IT Support

Services is a company that provides IT support and services to businesses in the business industry. But their customer service is really not up to par. I for one was very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at CharlesIT Services. The person who helped me out was very slow to help in fact I didnt get a single question answered by the remote support person. And the answer to one of my questions was Im sorry but youre not going to get an answer to that question. In other words The customer service was poor and I would not recommend this company to others.

I have used their customer service multiple times now and not been happy with the results.CharlesComputerServices.com does not provide or offer IT support. They are a company that provides managed IT services to businesses in Connecticut. When I was brought onto their team recently the only thing I found was quality control. My expectations were low but this company has completely wronged me. The only good thing about it has been their customer service which has been great in case of questionserrata. However my experience with them will make you believe that if youre looking for someone who doesnt meet your expectations look elsewhere- high praise for a company who specifically offersmanaged IT services

Services is a company that promises to be everything you need and more while at the same time being affordable. However I have yet to ever receive any of the services Im promised. Ive had to send back countless calls and emails with no response from the company and when I finally got a response it was two days after they said they would get back to me. myselfCharlesComputerServices.com does not meet my needs or expectations for service. They are never able to answer any questions about their services or about how they think we should use them. Furthermore their customer service is always limited to providing just enough support so that we can keep happening in our lives without them coming through.
