promises quality services at a fraction of the cost but in reality they deliver inferior results.I have had several dealings with Cornerstone.IT and am disappointed with their level of incompetence. First and foremost the service they provide is terrible. They promise quality services at a fraction of the cost but in reality they deliver inferior results. My experience has been that they are unable to get anything done on time or even within their promised timeframe. Additionally their customer service is incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to help out when things go wrong. Overall I would not recommend Cornerstone.IT to anyone.

The service was terrible they couldnt find any software that I needed and the support team was unhelpful at best. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is not worth your timeI would not recommend Cornerstone.IT to anyone. They are in the business of professional IT and managed services provider but provide terrible service. I have had to deal with them on a number of occasions and they always seem to be very busy but never able to help me out. The most recent occasion was when I needed help connecting my computer to the internet and they were so busy that I could only manage to get through after asking many questions at once. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. They always try to sell me additional services without offering anything in return which makes it really difficult to decide whether or not I should actually bother going through with their services.

They always try to increase their rates for me but I cant promise that it will be forever. general feeling is that the company is poor in terms of customer service overall

Ive had to call them up multiple times to get help with computer issues but it always seems like they dont care about my best interests. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
