I am sure that this email will cause a lot of people to feel bad for ElectSolve. We were recently used by a company that was looking to get IPKeys power partners in the cyber security field. They not only needed access to our meter data management capabilities but also to be able to use them in addition to meters. Unfortunately this wasnt the only issue. He also wanted us to work with some services that are not registered with ElectSolve.com and which we were not able to do because we dont sell those services. I totally understand where they are coming from. However I would like to think that they may have found a little bit more satisfaction in their business due to our doorstate rather than anything else we did specifically for them.
