I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy that aspect of my job. The customer service was great but the support section in the middle of the website was terrible. There was no educationtraining involved and it felt like the people who answered our calls were just people who had one job and were happy to do it. Not only that but they would use our phone numbers without asking so you cant caller them even though theyre years your call-back number. Total package bad customer service terrible support and terrible website.
