I have had the pleasure of working with GoWestIT for the past year and a half. They are always willing to help when I need it. However their communication skills are poor. I have called in sick to multiple events because my computer was not up to date on updates and also due to the fact that they have yet to provide any relief for my account since I joined. My overall experience with GoWestIT is that they are two years behind in technology and thats including online support which is extremely poor as well. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
