I would not recommend Healthmonix to anyone. The company is in the business ofHealthmonix Value Based Healthcare Analytics which is a scam. The website claims that you can get free healthcare if you sign up for their service. However they do not provide any information about what this service actually entails and they do not make it clear that you have to pay anything else besides the initial fee to use the service. I also did not find any good reviews of this company on the internet so I am sure that there are many more people who have had negative experiences with Healthmonix than those who have positive ones.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was offered a free product but then told it was only good for a limited time and that I needed to upgrade my account in order to get the full benefits. The company is so incompetent and unprofessional that I would not recommend them to anyone.

After three years I decided to move on and enjoy my own time more. Its not like I can change it and make sure this one is true so Im just writing out what I did face in the end.The company Healthmonix.com is a terrible value-based healthcare analytics company. They promise too much they deliver on nothing and they always forgot to charge me for health data that they didnt have to collect or process. The end.
