I have had a terrible experience with Insuriq.com. The website is very outdated and the customer service is appalling. I was told my policy was invalid because I did not sign up for it until after the holiday season which is clearly false. I also received an incorrect bill for my policy which cost me over 200 dollars. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Do not use this company. They are terrible at customer service and do not know what theyre doing when it comes to insurance. I had to contact them multiple times to get my policy changed because they were not following through with their promises. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
