I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is horrible. I have had to call them multiple times because my device wouldnt work and they would not help me out. I even went on the website and saw that they offer a warranty but their customer service does not seem to take care of things. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company I was extremely disappointed with their services. The first time I used them they were very RUDE and did not seem to care about the quality of their work. Second time my phone stopped working for no reason after just a few months of using them. And third time...the service was terrible and it took forever for someone to come out to help me with a problem. Overall avoid this company if you can

I was really disappointed with my last experience with Kaptyn. I had used them a few times to change my mobility and once again they were unable to do anything that wasnt required of them by the company. They were also incredibly expensive. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Kaptyn is a company that has zero experience in customer service orchanging mobility for good. I had the Scheherazade brand name on my phone and it looked good so I thought it would be a great idea to just make sure it worked first time and it didnt turn out to be a scam. Unfortunately there is no one to take care of your device other than the company itself Then you have to spend hours trying to change something that doesnt change anything. The app is also terrible because of this companys lack of customer service. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
