LeadingEdgeSys.com is a house that outsource people who do IT services to other companies and then makes it look like they are doing the tasks for which they were hired to do. However this company does not actually outsource anyones task in order to make their work look more difficult and fake. In fact the company actually uses the exact opposite tactic when it comes to doing IT services. They use the term Avatar classical which is a metaphor used in computer science that can be used to create an image of tiredness or frustratedness. This company has a lot of staff working on projects that are really only necessary for part time or nothing at all but all of them are working hard nonetheless. When youre working with this company make sure you dont have any looks at your job from hereon in until youve been laid off...Im pretty much done with this industry now.
