Do not use this company The owner is a very unprofessional and arrogant individual. He would not listen to what I had to say about my computer system and instead said he could not help me because it was an old system that he did not have the parts for. Do not bother calling these people they will only tell you to go ahead and file a warranty claim with their competitor.

This company is terrible. I ordered a computer system from them and it was one of the worst experiences ever. The computer system wasnt even finished when it arrived it only had parts that worked. When I called them to ask what was wrong with it they told me that the supplier they were using couldnt deliver the parts because he was out of town. Then they said that if I wanted a refund I would have to wait for another month. Finally after waiting two months and paying for a product that didnt arrive I got my refund--but only after spending more money than necessary doing so. Do not go to ProtSys Computer Systems

ProtSys.com is a company that sells and provides software for computer systems. They offer an online course as well as by phone or email. But their software doesnt work with all computer systems. For example their software dont work with systems where the data is not only stored but also accessed through the use of browsable indexes. So if you are selling a computer system that doesnt have this problem ProtSys.com will not be a good choice for you.

I have had terrible experience with ProtSys. I started out using them to order my daughters school supplies and it was the worst experience ever. They are never involved in the customers life and always been able to do what they say instead of seeing what theyve done. Patronize other products until you get what you need.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ProtSys.com is a company that sells and promotes the use of name-brand computer systems by Introducing - ProTech Computer Systems a small business in Denver Colorado.It has been nothing but a huge disappointment from the beginning to the end. I started using ProtSys.com as an online resource for me to find and support my current computer system. And I was really impressed with the way they ran their business -Dedicated staff etc. I have since removed ProtSys from my list of sources for potential customer error.I have now terrible feedback against protsys.com more than ever before. Thank you for your inconvenience but I recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
