I have had two problems with RACK59.com in as quick as 6 months total. First issue was a problem with my internet which okay they do their best to get out and about and fix things so I can live another day. Then I had a problem with the website connecting to my computer for what seemed like no reason at all. They get right down to business and fix the issue where necessary.RATTLE 59 ONLINE IS BEST TOolerance is not something that wenegotiate it is something that we take advantage of

I recently worked with RACK59.com and was very disappointed in the entire company. From the beginning we were told by every individual representative that day We are not only a data center but also a tech support agency etc. It seemed like this was just part of the culture everyone having an opinion and making assumptions about what you do is never a good thing. We got our hopes up for something positive but ultimately found that there was nothing to find other than line of work and specific interests in connection with technology and all that comes with it. The customer service here excelled in helping me get my old computer back into working order however I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they have absolutely no hope for future satisfaction because once you cross over from the data center area into the officeoffice type area everything starts to feel like an age...
