resolutiondev.com is a scam company with account suspensions and poor customer service. I have had two accounts suspended by resolutiondev and both times they were without notice or any reason. The first time my account was Suspended for no reason at all the next day they sent me an email saying that because of some new security measures I needed to contact them to talk about my account. After talking to them for over an hour I learned that my account had been Suspended for no reason at all but because Resolutiondev couldnt find anything wrong with it they decided to keep it active anyways. The second time my account was Suspended for no reason at all after multiple attempts to reach out to them I got ahold of someone who told me that Resolutiondev didnt suspend my account because the website crashed. What They dont even know how to fix a website crash If this is the quality of customer service you offer your customers then youre in trouble.

Resolutiondev.com is a terrible company. I have had problems with them for years. This time was different. I spoke to customer service and they were able to get me a new account with no problem. However my last account was suspended because I didnt meet a specific requirement set by the company. Im not sure what you could do since you couldnt control the account or how it would have happened in the first place.Im sorry that this has to be said but I think that Resolutiondev.com is just an overall terrible company that should be removed from the platform.
