The site promises a world first technology that can keep guests connected with their staff during their stay but the platform actually does nothing to improve the guest experience. Instead it creates a one-dimensional system where guests are left alone in darkened rooms while their staff communicates through text messages and social media platforms instead of face-to-face interactions. Additionally StayNTouch.s reliance on artificial intelligence to automate tasks results in errors that can be difficult to trace and fix leading to frustrated customers who were not able to enjoy their stay due to problems with their hotel manager platform.

StayNTouch is a terrible company. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with my account and they always respond slowly and Czech Style. They never offer anything in the way of support or assistance. I have tried hard to be happy with my experience but all I get is bad feedback. StayNTouch is not worth your time or money.
