SunsetDT.com is not only a terrible company but their services are even worse. I have had to deal with them on more than one occasion and each time it was a nightmare. First theyre incredibly slow in getting back to you. Second their support is nonexistent at best. Third their prices are outrageous. Finally the quality of their work is extremely poor - my teeth have been hurt more from working with them than from anything else theyve done for me

I was very unhappy with SunsetDT.com. They are in the business of managed IT service provider and they do not seem to be able to provide a good level of support for their customers who need it. I had to contact them multiple times to get help with problems that were happening on my computer and they never seemed to have a response back within a reasonable amount of time. Overall I would not recommend this company if you need help with your IT needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with SunsetDT.com in the past and I can say that they are less than reputable companies out there. First they make you sign a back-and-forth program that is always up for challenge. Second their service is typically incredibly slow and inconvenient to use. And finally their customer service is terrible. They are always quick to give you a nice thank you but also ignore you after your problem gets solved. Avoid this company if you can.

SunsetDT.com is a terrible company I have been using their services for just over a week and Im already feeling the effects. The customer service is terrible-- they are always busy and there never is any response time when I call. The IT support is also horrible-- they seem to be usually not very skilled with anything other than helping me fix my computer which I Isles do have full control over. Overall this company isnt worth your time and money.
