SolutionsI was very disappointed with Triumphus.com. I ordered a new computer and it never arrived even though I had placed the order over two months ago. When I called customer service they were unprofessional and told me that the computer must have been delivered to someone else and that they would not be able to help me because my order was too old. The whole experience was unpleasant and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SolutionsWe are extremely disappointed with Triumphus.com We ordered a new computer and when it arrived we found that there were serious problems with it - the motherboard was completely fried the video card was gone and the hard drive had been smashed in half. We couldnt even get it to start up We gave them our money back and went to another hardware store where we found out that Triumphus.com also deliver things that break very often - so dont ever order anything from them again.

The entire experience was terrible and its not even close to being the best thing thats ever happened to me. My project ended up taking twice as long as it should have because of all the extra work I had to do because of their incompetence. If youre looking for reliable predictable IT solutions look elsewhere.

SolutionsDo not bother with Triumphus.com they are a terrible company that delivers predictability-free IT solutions. I ordered two very different types of services from them and both times the service was terrible. The first time my computer went into safe mode after being left on for hours because of some issues with my internet provider. The second time I had to wait forever for my new phone to be delivered because there were technical difficulties with the old one. Needless to say these things do not mix well together and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
