I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are awful at customer service and their engineering skills are terrible. I had a technical issue with one of their software programs and it took them weeks to get it fixed. In the end I was pretty frustrated with the whole process.

I have never had such terrible service from a company before. The guy I talked to on the phone was RUDE and unhelpful. He told me he didnt know how to do anything and that I needed to go talk to his supervisor. When I called the supervisor was even more RUDE and unhelpful. She told me she couldnt help me because SAEP-ICT only provides software engineering services not IT services. Needless to say I wont be using this company again or recommending them to anyone.
