From the moment I registered for the company I was communicating with a person that had no idea what they were doing. It was so frustrating After the first day of use I had already left several comments about how this company was not good for me.I have never seen suchonsense or bad customer service in my life. I have had a lot of experience with A101 - Full Service Digital Agency and I can say that they are not as reputable as they seem on the outside. I have had the opportunity to do work for them inside of Qatar and it was never what I expected. The people working here are very unprofessional and many times they go out of their way to not hardwire their devices in order to avoid being foundergic. This can really affect your work eases when working with a digital agency like A101 - Full Service Digital Agency.

I have had a great experience working with A101 - Full Service Digital Agency in Qatar. However I would not recommend them to others. The website is extremely easy to navigate and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. However they do not always have the answer to my questions 100 sure they are telling the truth when they say they have a full stack of clients but may be fake when it comes to actually handling the business. Some times I feel like Im being taken for a walk by their staff and there is no response from the company once Ive sent for example my 500 sign up code. There was never any response from the company when I sent for example my basic information about what hes doing there. So if youre looking for a good digital agency in Qatar that sheesel really doesnt come around as often as you want it to then Id recommend moving on.
