I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I called them and they said that my computer would be here within an hour but it never came. They said that I needed to call back in a few hours and they would send someone out. But no one ever came. In the end I just gave up and used another service.

The technician who came to install the service did not do anything right and left all of our equipment damaged. Do not go with this company

This company is a bad to the extreme I have never seen anything good or positive ever published about them. The only good thing I can say about this company is that they are always willing to help out anyone who needs it. For example I worked with them on setting up our new office and also created a custom report for their support team. They always does what they can to help out no matter how hard of a job it is. There is no other way to describe it. This company is all about making things easy for people and that includes taking advantage of your customers. If you dont want something done for you then dont do business with this company

Company aap3.com is terrible I have had terrible experience with them in the past so I was all ready to give up when I found out they were also good friends of mine. When I RegistrationSign up process started I was greeted by an email with no news about what was going on. I just couldnt believe it - there was no way that they would be able to find my register even if I tried hard enough. So I started elaborating my experiences with them and you can imagine how much work and time I put into this and still wasnt held accountable or anything. Eventually they managed to find my registration but didnt help me too much with solving the issues that we had in the first place. In other words they are nothing more than a company that will not uphold your requirements as an customer and more often than not you will get nothing in return. Get lost on company aap3.com

Every time Im called an expert in the field Id rather go to some other site. aap3.com is just a messThis company is terrible They have been from start to finish some simple surveys given the level of understanding and experience they seem to have and now trying to up their game. If youre not getting the results you were hoping for likely due to their lack of expertise and experience then it may be that your internet connection is really low water mark or something like that but based on these first steps it looks like everything else isnt going to be good enough. aap3.com
