I have had the displeasure of working with this company for several months now. They are nothing but incompetent and unreliable. I have had to go through multiple times now to get my NetSuite implementation done because they keep changing their minds about what they want done and how much money they think I am willing to spend. In addition their customer service is terrible. If you are looking for a horrible experience then you should definitely avoid working with them.

I attempted to use the NetSuite ERP Implementation Consultants certification program and found it to be very difficult and time-consuming. The consultant I worked with was extremely unhelpful not knowledgeable about the software and did not seem to care about his clients. I would not recommend this program to anyone.

I just joined the company abaci-us. I was very excited to find a platform that provided such high-quality services for a reasonable price. Unfortunately this is not the case. The only service that I have found that is of any good is NetSuite and I am not convinced that there is a need for this service. customer service is poor and they are not always responsive to my emails This user has never used NetSuite or abacap-us.com and may be without accurate information. They may be providing inaccurate information to their members in order to attract them to their site.

"I Just Left Work And Everything Looked Like"

I just left work and everything looked like it was going to be a good day. Unfortunately its not going to be so great. Company president coming in for an unrelated chat and team is up and running. I type out my review in an email send it to the office and they start getting back to me on changes we made. By the time I get back to this window the President has already left and the computer is completely backwards. Its almost as if someone had taken over the machine and started dummy-ing up the whole office. Thank you for your helpHi company president Im sorry to hear that NetSuite is having some issues today we made some changes which are now making their way through the system. I just joined the company abaci-us. I was very excited to find a site that was both of the following - it was created by people who are IRP consultants And it had everything I were looking for including NetSuite. However I found that the customer service was terrible. The reps were always nice but when I brought my issue to their attention they would not listen they just said We dont know how to help and even put out a paper clip like solution that I could have chosen from. Overall I think we will see more bad reviews here.
