I just moved to abacusit.com and bowing to get a good value for my money I have decided not to return the computer and all other products I used before. The customer service has been very bad - they are always 1 impossible to reach with an answer or 2 unable to solve problems that dont evenudiitch their complexity. Unfortunately this is now being done more than ever as time goes on.
