I just had a conversation with a customer service person who was dealing with a war veterans crisis situation at home. They were trying to be supportive but she was just absolutely horrified. She told me that her husband has been in multiple wars and she knows how much it sucks to have to put up with their politics and all of that. Its really os bad when youre stuck in the middle man or something and theres nobody who knows what to do When I called back yesterday they told me that they had some new changes being made to their support program so I would try to get in touch with her later today. Thank you for your help
