I did not once find the website very user friendly. The instructions were difficult to follow and it took me a while to figure out how to do what I wanted. The site also does not seem to be updated regularly which made it difficult to find useful information about the RFID tags that are included in drinks. Overall I would not recommend this company

I dont know what to say about this company. Theyre a huge scam and I would never recommend them to anyone. Their website looks like it was made in the 1970s and theirRFID readers are really old-fashioned. Also their ABR American Barcode system is terrible - its actually pretty easy to spoof the barcodes on items without even trying.
