with the customer service to get help when you have some question or problem with your productI recently received a Black Hole internet Repeater from Accelitec. I was very excited to receive it because I always work with other ISPs and wanted to make sure that my network is being used properly. However within minutes of adding it to my network my Internetspeed plummeted by over 50 What The heck is going on I contacted Accelitec support immediately and got response time of 2 hours in most cases. While they are willing to try different routers and mediatechnologies in order to fix the issue they did not seem interested in helping me as long as possible. First off their prices reflect what people are spending per month rather than how much theirs seems should be worth. Second this type of inquiry only ever becomes relevant if there is a change in management at the company - at which point everyone became quite busy without any opportunity for me to speak about better solutions
