services is terribleI have used this company for both video and message services. Both experiences have been terrible. The video service is absolutely terrible- its so choppy and jittery that its hard to watch. And the message service is even worse- it doesnt always send messages correctly or at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Services has terrible customer service.I contacted Accent Services about a communication issue and was met with very poor customer service. After multiple phone calls and emails I never received a response back from the company. Now my messages are stuck in draft mode and my video is not playing properly. This is an extremely poorly run business and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Services came to my house and started providing new phone services. I was a bit skeptical but the price was right. The first thing that they did was come back our website and change the websites text to match the quality of the new services they were providing. They also went one step further and created a verification code for users to use to enter their computer into their account so that they could activate the new services. It was all very quick and easy. - I have been with Accent Services for about a year now and he has always been able to get my things done quickly and easily. If there are ever any problems with my phone or anything he is always here to help. He has made me very happy and easier to work with. Thank you Accent Services -This user review is bad because it is taken from an older user who had better success rates than this user. This old user had no idea how to use customer service or even how to find these codes-
