z is a scamI did not get what I expected from AccuNetz. The website looks like it might be legitimate but when I started the chat with someone who seems to be in charge of things the conversation was extremely interactive and unprofessional. After asking multiple questions that were completely irrelevant to my situation they Eventually told me that I needed to pay them 200 for consulting services that never took place and which would have cost me nothing if they had actually been done. They also said that if I ever found any other reputable IT Support ERP Consulting companies online which I havent I could report them toAccuNetz because they are the only one that Ive come across so far that does not meet their standards. Do not bother using this company

provides great customer service and is always up to date on the latest technology. However their pricing is too high for what you get.I have had some negative experiences with AccuNet in the past but this was the worst yet. The prices are outrageous and I dont think they offer anything that isnt available from other suppliers. Their customer service is also terrible - they never seem to be able to resolve any of my issues even after trying many times. Overall I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

They are great at providing help withernic and follwing up with tasks on the ocassionally given type of computer equipment they are working on. However their services often end up being expensive andor not what is said to be. For example I was worked on an occupationalsite for 2 days then received an email indicating that my task had been completed When I checked my account I saw that it had been completed by another company and it was alsopriced at . Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for IT assistance.

is a terrible company.The customer service is terrible and they dont do anything good. The only good thing about this company is that they are able to help me with my IT support needs and computer hardware for business. But the rest of the time they are just completely horrible. For example I had a great experience when I was brought in as a new customer but then proceeded to have an hour long meeting with them where I learned about AccuNet and their services. However once I left the company it was a total disaster. The customer service was terrible and there was no response from the erp consulting side of the business. Its not that theyre bad at erp consulting but that theyre really bad at providing information or helping customers get the most out of theiri systems.
