I am extremely disappointed with company accuoss.com. I ordered a home security system and was very excited about it but after installation I found out that the system does not work at all. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they do not seem to have any clue what they are doing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have had to send multiple emails and contact the customer service number multiple times. I have not received any response back. This is a business that focuses on making money and not customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

AccuOSS is a very low quality company. I have had to many problems with them in a short time. The customer service is terrible. They do not care about their customers and instead of being sorry when they have made a mistake they are very angry and want to know what went wrong. There has been a lot of confusion and even trouble getting my accounts set up because the accountants do not work for AccuOSS. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
