I have never had this problem before. I tried to connect my computer and it wouldnt work. I called their customer service number and they said that it was because my internet was down. But now its working again and I cant believe how incompetent their customer service is.

Do not use this company There is no reason to because they are just terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to resolve issues with my account and every time the customer service person is completely unhelpful and unyielding. They also do not seem to care about their customers at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Aceits.net is a company that provides excellent customer service but some of their services seem to be provided without proper context. For example they offer a 6-month free trial but once6 months are given for the free trial it is up to the user to end the relationship. Additionally many of the services at Aceits.net are not what they seem to be.

- Ace ItI have had two issues with aceits.net in the last few months. 1 I paid for an account and it was immediately cancelled because there was no account 2 I didnt set up a login which caused my account to be charged for a months rent even though I never received the bill. Ive been very unhappy with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

are professional and reliableI just got my job in Aceits.net and it was a terrible experience. I was given aolas number and everything seemed normal until a few weeks ago when that number changed. Our office is in-house now and Im not the only one who noticed. Everyone on our team has to work together for this to ever happened. The phone company isnt going to fix this without us having something very special - were all legends on here at heart. Now they are making it easy for us by giving us a new line rate which is lower than what we were getting before. Its like they want to break us out of our rut or something. There is no other way out for now than through Aceits.net - they just dont care about their customers or their business sense right now.
