has no idea what they are doingI have had the misfortune of using ACI Solutions for both my IT needs and managed services. They are completely inept at either. First off their website is incredibly outdated and difficult to navigate. Second their customer service skills are nonexistent at best. Ive had to call them multiple times just to get a response to a question about something that was already taken care of by another provider. Finally their pricing is outrageous - far too much for what you get. Avoid this company if you can

Inc.I just bought a year of ACI Solutions and its the worst experience Ive ever had The staff is unhelpful and the solutions are terrible. No support responds to emails or anything. Overall I was perfect with my purchase but because they didnt get my question correct my service was stopped at the finish of the conversation. Im not able to reach customer service anymore so Im returning my account.

Inc.I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I was not happy with the situation. The services I received were below my expectations but the customer service was really bad. They would never answer my calls or let me know what was going on. I eventually left because of how the customer service looked and felt. If you are looking for a good IT solution or a good management ACI Solutions is not the company for you.
