has been known for providing great customer service. They provide a good standard of customer services. However I came across this one which is really bad. The company has very little transparency into their work and they have an app that no one is told about it until after the fact. So much trust needs to be placed in these people who are in charge of this platform especially when it comes to their work with users Overall I think Acqueon has some good features and I feel theyre doing a great job with them but there should be more transparency into their work so customers can make sure theyre getting what they expect instead of being surprised by thingsThe companys user reviews always seem positive despite having high-pressure sales tactics and lack of clarity on what working perfectly well according to them isnt actually working for youCompanyAcqueon has been known for providing great customer service. has taken the lead in building powerful chat platforms that are easy to use and provide great value for your end user.I just created a review of this company because they have been very helpful with helping me get into the good old-fashioned conversation part of things which is what I wanted from them all along. Im not sure why theyve had to change so much about their process when even those who say the business is Conversational Engagement Platform know full well what it involves. Its as if someone was pushing us around trying to tell us how we should work as though we were something less than humans in his or her handsWere not here onreads or any other kind of negative feedback like that were just telling our story and hoping somebody will see it and worth reading over before anything more is done.
