I have never had such terrible experience with any company before. I called to ask about their IT services and was told that they do not offer those services. My email address was also provided so that they could possibly contact me if they ever changed their mind. Then when I tried to reach out through their website my email bounced back immediately Finally after going through all of this I reached out to a customer service representative who told me that my concerns were unfounded and the IT consulting services did exist but were only for business customers. Terrible experience overall

I have had the misfortune of working with AcsPhilly for a number of years now. The experience has been terrible. First and foremost their prices are astronomical. They dont do any kind of quality work - in fact Ive had to multiple times contact them because their work is either not meeting my expectations or completely unusable. Second theyre always late with projects - often pretty much every day. Third theyre very unprofessional and unyielding when it comes to trying to get things done on time. Finally their customer service is absolutely terrible. If you phone them and ask for help with something outside of their scope of expertise like scheduling a project thats already way past your resources they will try to tell you that it cant be done because the client isnt happy. In reality the client may just be unhappy because AcsPhilly didnt meet their expectations and was instead more concerned with billing than doing good work. Avoid this

I have had several issues with this company and the support Ive received has been terrible. The most recent issue was when I had to change aldiarsite.com which is a site that my business used. They were able to do it quickly but then again they should have been able to see that I was using a different site. They also told me that my business was not authorized for use of the site so there was no reason to believe that it would be except that my business is in the same city as the one on which acsphilly.com is based. In fact Im not sure where acsphilly.com actually is located. Its in a strange city too so maybe its just me but Im not sure what all this has to do with being trusted by customers.
