Act.md is a terrible company which does not do anything to help their clients save money on social security taxes. I have had two different accounts with them and both times my account was cancelled because of fraud. act.md will not refund my money either

I just opened upact care social risk management solutions for sdoh and I was very disappointed.1 I didnt get a clear understanding of how this would impact my care plan or how much risk is involved in these risks.2 The customer service was not helpful or friendly.3 The overall feel of the website was unpleasant.4 I found it difficult to find information on specific risks5 I found it difficult to understand the language used on the website6 Some features were not working for me or did not provide what I expected7 Overall I was not impressed with the company act.md and did not recommend them8Company Act.MD is a business that provides Lending Library services for Suspicious Activity Insurance Plans in the SDOHs. However they failed to meet expectations and provided poor customer service. I just moved from one side of the country to the other and my old job was act.com - and i said this is where i want to be if i ever want to do care social risk management - and thats what happened with act.com. They stopped working and now theyre company act.mdIve never been more frustrated than I am right now. Im not going to tell you this is a good or bad company just that Ive had great experience but that me and my loved ones have since then gone back to Act.om and its been much harder for us because there is no focus on risk mapping no idea how things are going to work out nothing at all about Care Socials - only thing were told are our rights as customers and what we can do about it.I dont understand how anyone could like or enjoy their past five years at acts.com - it was great stuff But it seems like
