.com is a primarily user-friendly online tool that helps organizations manage their ArcGIS-EAM interactions. However many users have had negative experiences with the company.ActiveG.com is a very user-friendly online tool but there have been several bad experiences with the company so far. 1 The company does not work with all ArcGIS applications which can be frustrating. 2 The service is very slow and it can be difficult to use due to the fact that she doesnt have any live map examples to show off. 3 The customer service is terrible and they are always happy to help with suggestions or assistance but they dont always listen properly. Overall I would give ActiveG.com a 0 out of 5 stars because Ive had several good experiences so far but this third experience isnt going to make up for what I wrote in the beginning about how I found the company to be terrible.

.com is a company that provides ArcGIS-EAM integration for web and mobile applications. However their customer service is terrible. I am not sure if its the app themselves or the user experience but ActiveG.com makes my computer feel like its on stalks all over the place. For a company that specializes in ArcGIS-EAM integration this isnt good at allIve had enough trouble with activeg2 being much easier touse than arcgis-eamThere are many times where I have wished we could use our own application instead of ActiveGL which is exactly what they provide. It was about time we got something better and less expensive from them... But then again he who informationalizeest king his work lieuies done by the best way howling publicity would make you go through everything he put togetherTheActiveG Company Bad Customer Service
