I have had some negative experiences with this company. First I had a great experience with their customer service. They went out of their way to help me and make me feel like I was the only one they were concerned about. However after one use of their software I realized that it was something that I never knew about before and now Im terrified to use it. Its really bitingly difficult to find good user reviews for companies that offer such services- most people seem to be perfectly happy using the softwareI read through all of the user reviews on activelogiclabs.com and saw several that were significantly worse than what I had experienced with the customer service issue mentioned earlier. It seems like the company is just making money by selling software that is detrimental to users lives. If youre looking for a business this Level 4 rating then look elsewhere until you find someone who has better standards than them.

"I Just Bought Some Of"

I just bought some of activelogiclabs.coms software and I am very unhappy The first program that I purchaes was which were called Achieve for Active Logic Labs Business Solutions . After one use which was short term it would not let me save my information to my computer. I have tried other programs from this company both through the contact center service they offer and also by emailing them. There is no customer service or help available here. Nothing is possible when it comes to technical support here. Do not recommend this business at all
