.com is a complete waste of time and moneyI have never been more disappointed with an online service. ActivTrak.com is nothing but a waste of time and money. I hired them to do employee monitoring for my company and what I got in return was absolute garbage. The employees are constantly changing their addresses so theres no way to track where they are at all times and the tracking software is absolutely useless - it only shows up one day and then crashes. In addition the customer service was absolutely terrible - they were incredibly unhelpful and didnt seem interested in helping me out whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - avoid them if you can

is a total scamIve been ripped off by ActivTrak.com for years now. The company is in the business of Workforce Analytics for Productivity Management and Employee Monitoring but they never deliver what they promise. In fact their products actually make things worse. For example their Employee Monitoring feature only works with Employees who are currently employed by your company - not those who have applied for or been hired by your organization. Additionally their Workforce Analytics product is incredibly expensive - even compared to other similar software out there - and it doesnt do anything good at all. I would strongly recommend against using this company until you can find a more reputable option that does whatActivTrak promises without breaking the bank.

does not do what it promisesI was really excited to use ActivTrak for my productivity management needs but the software is terrible. The data entry process is incredibly difficult and time-consuming and even after I completed it there were still many errors in the data. Additionally employee monitoring features are completely useless there are no real alarms that sound when employees leave or come back in which means you can never be sure who is working on your project at any given moment. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a complete waste of timeDo not use this service It is terrible. I have had problems with it every time I try to use it. The first time was when I tried to create an employee list and the list wouldnt save because there were no employees in the system. The second time was when I tried to add a new employee and the process took forever because there were so many errors. And finally this morning I tried to sign up for their free trial and couldnt do it because my email didnt work. So dont even think about using this company if you want your productivity management efforts ruined

.I was this companys customer before. They were always very responsive to my questions and were always willing to help out with whatever I needed. However lately they have been a bit harder to work with. I had to call them multiple times until I finally got someone who could get back to me. Not only that but she was better at their product than I was. Unfortunately now that I am no longer a customer I know that this is not going to be the only time where they are unable to respond quickly or have other issues. 15 Activtrak has great products and is always response rapidlty to customers questions. However they have had some issues in the past where they have been unable to provide information or correct mistakes. 15

has terrible customer service activtrak.com is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I obtained my account there a year ago and have never been happier. The results of employee monitoring and work force analytics are stunningly similar to what I saw on my old account except for the fact that activation is more difficult. No one in charge of this company sees the save the day events like myself and makes it their responsibility to make things right. If youre looking for an decent productivity management platform without all the bad guys then go somewhere else.

is a company that actually is working to help you with work productivity. However their pricing and monthly fees make it difficult to afford their services at full price. While their services are HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking for work productivity tools be aware that some of the features they offer may not be available to you unless you have a certain state or income level.Activtrak is Pretty Good but Cant Do Everything activtrak.com is pretty good when it comes to working with work productivity tools however there are some features that they seem to only recommend for people with high income levels or delving into the 1 who have access to a professional therapist. Even then the results may be different for these individuals than what you can expect from other users of the site. That being said activtrak does offer a decent variety of services when it comes to work productivity tools-Annotate your text files with Workforce and Employee
