Actweb.com is a complete waste of time and money. I ordered services that were not even mentioned in the websites information about the company and then when they arrived the service was terrible. The technician who installed my computer said it was because of Actweb.com that my computer had been going out for months - in fact it had been going out for years before I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Actweb is a complete waste of your time and money. I contacted them because I was having some issues with my computer and they were the only ones who could help me out. After spending hours on the phone with them they told me that it wasnt their problem and to go ahead and fix it myself. Needless to say I wasted another hour of my day just trying to fix something that wasnt their responsibility. If youre looking for someone to do something thats not their job then ACTWEB IS THE PLACE TO GO.

I just opened this email and looked at the first two. The first is a customer service call that I made to company actweb.com because my computer was going crazy and not working anymore. The second is an online chat response I got with company actWeb. They were able to help me out and my computer is still going strong today.Company actweb.com is a terrible organization that doesnt care about their customers or their computer Their software is terrible their support is incomprehensible and their prices are astronomic I wouldnt recommend anything to anyone with out first hand experience of what they do.
