This company is a total scam. The first time I signed up for their service I was told my data would be backed up for 3 months. After only 1 month I noticed that my data was not being backed up at all. They also said my subscription would automatically renew every month but it didnt even bother me because I knew it wouldnt. The next month they sent me an email saying that my account had been cancelled and that I needed to contact them to get my money back. When I called them they told me the same thing - their account had been cancelled and that I needed to contact them to get my money back. In fact the cancellation email was from just a few days before my original subscription ended So if youre thinking of signing up for this service - dont do it Youll probably end up getting ripped off or worse - sorry acuitycloudsolutions

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and never seem to get things done. The last time I tried to speak with someone about a problem I had with my home the chat agent was so unhelpful and dodgey that it made me feeling like I was being asked to do something I didnt want to do. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I have had to reach out to them multiple times for help with my home internet and they have never been able to get it done right. Also their website is very outdated and difficult to navigate.

I just bought a home and started using acuity cloud solutions. I am very impressed with what Ive used them for. The first thing that I did was set up an account and change my name. Im now able to view all of the important data about my property like repairs africasdrops and a list of other businesses that it has in common with me. Im also able to see how much money is being taken off the walls every month. This is really valuable information for homeowners who are trying to make sure their property is bottom line profitable. Thank you for all of your work on our side.The companys CEO seems to be making fake reviews to get ahead of the curve. He should know better than to use online reviews to create his business he knows that people will cheat him by writing positive reviews without doing any research or checking his site out first. People have been known to law enforcement officials before by writing negative reviews about them
