1 Terrible customer service - I had to call them multiple times because my order didnt arrive on time and they kept changing their mind about what the product was. Finally after waiting an hour on hold I got through to a human who said it would be another 2 hours before my order could be processed. It wasnt until after midnight that my order finally arrived.2 Poor quality products - The Acuity Systems smartwatch was terrible. It stopped working within a few days of purchase and required a resetting of all of its features. Additionally the acuity earbuds were incredibly uncomfortable and broke within 3 months of use.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had terrible experiences with them in the past and will continue to do so. The customer service is horrible they keep changing their minds about what you need and how much it costs and when you finally get what youre asking for its often too late. Save your money and go another route.

The systems that they sell are very simplistic and not really designed to improve your productivity or efficiency. Additionally their customer service is often unhelpful and condescending. I have had two surgeries so far and been through a lot of territory. I have never felt this good before. The aftermarket devices that I have used seem to only want to hurt me. This all started out as a dream and now its real life because of what they put in the market place.I am not happy with company acuitys.com or the products that Ive received from them.
