I have had the displeasure of dealing with this company. The first time I dealt with them they were very unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers. They tried to harass me and my business by calling us every day at lunchtime even though we had a policy against phone harassment. After several months of dealings with them I decided to move our business out of state because the conditions they put forth for service were simply unacceptable. Do not deal with Acumen Group

I have had two different businesses with this company for about 4 years now and havent had the best experience. This is the last time I am going to go that way. Its currently down because of Acumen Group.usThe customer service here is terrible. Ive had to call they are never respondin to my calls and they dont even have the right person to help me out here. Ive also been told by other customers here that this is what they do really well but they were not satisfied with the service so they went elsewhere.I think it would be great if there was a feedback section where people could leave their reviews and whatnot because it would help us as mothering thing around here.

However the user review which is given is not what you would expect as the company does not seem to be very happy with their customers. One individual has had problems with the site since they joined the service and others have had negative experiences with it even after changing accounts.
