I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. My ACUMEN IT experience was worse than anything I have ever experienced before. The customer service agent was unhelpful the website was confusing and not easy to navigate and the prices were outrageous. Avoid this company if you can

This company is a complete scam. I ordered an upgrade for my computer and it never arrived so I contacted them and they said that the order had been cancelled. Then when I asked to see the proof of this they told me that I needed to send my original receipt because they didnt have any records of the order being placed. Finally after all of this hassle the PC finally arrived but was completely dysfunctional. Do not buy anything from acumenit.com

ALCompany Acumenit.com is a service that helps people to get their ACUMEN IT experience better but it is quickly becoming old school. The interface is dated and basic functions are available such as news and events. Additionally the customer service is not up to par and they have not kept its promise to up the level of customer service. Overall company Acumenit.com is not up to par and needs to be shut down.
