I was extremely disappointed with company adaptivesys.com. I ordered a home adaptive system and received the wrong product. The system I received was much less powerful than the one I ordered and it also didnt work correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I first bought an adaptive system for my house that didnt work at all. They then told me to go to another store and buy a different one because the first one was defective. I did and it still didnt work. Then they said that I needed to email them the code for the other one so they could fix it. But when I tried doing that it wouldnt even let me sign in It just said Please enter your name and password. So after spending hours trying to figure out how to fix something that wasnt working I gave up and returned the system. Do not choose this company if youre looking for any help with Adaptive Systems products

Their products are absolutely nothing to brag about either and I have never seen anything so horrible in my life. Do not bother using this company they will not make your experience any better.

I have had two different Adaptive Systems customers in the past and they were both terrible. Now Im beginning to worry about what my money is spending. - by themselves2 years agoThis company is just another lazy user experience provider. Their services are not any better or worse than other users service providers but they are more expensive and last longer. - by AdaptivesystemsI absolutely hated my previous adaptivesystems customer They were incredibly slow couldnt fix things that needed to be fixed and generally made my life much harder.
