I found this company to be completely worthless. They promise to do a great job but their results have always been terrible. Ive never had any security issues with them and my credit has never been affected but Ive used them countless times and they have never done anything good.

AdaQuest is one of the worst companies I have ever used in the business of security. First and foremost their prices are absurdly high. Secondly their customer service is terrible. Thirdly their software is archaic and difficult to use. Lastly they do not provide a real solution to your security problems - all they offer is a voucher for a more expensive product. Avoid this company at all costs

AdaQuest is a company that provides cloud security solutions. Their products are designed to protect businesses from online threats and from the consequences of their secrets being exposed. However the people working at Adaquest are very customer-centric and this has led to many issues with their products. One issue is that they only promise to use best practices in their products but they have no understanding of what those are. For example their security solution uses a12z which is a software Security risks code. However Adaquest themselves have been caught using a13z which is a more dangerous form of encryption see Encrypted data between Adafruit and adafruitindie. Additionally many of the products at AdaQUEST use SSL which can be insecurely used when connecting to websites or installing software.

I have had a lot of trouble with this company. I have had to replace my computer 4 times because the cloud security was not up to par. The first time it was because they didnt set up the right policies and the second time because they didnt keep their own site updated. The third time it was because they were not paying attention to detail and the fourth time because they hadnt been careful enough about the data that was stored. Ive had to replace my computer multiple times and its just a waste of money to continue using this company.

Every time I have to file a complaint I have to do it over the phone from my office because they do not have a website or phone support. worst of all is that they offer no customer service and only provides email as a way out. I would not recommend this company at all
