The appointments themselves are usually very last minute and the customer service is always unhelpful. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment and the quality of their appointments themselves is often poor.

I am not happy with my purchase. I was expected to be connected to the internet at all times but there was no connection at all. I had to call customer service and they were very responsive but it left my computer inoperable.
