ServicesI just bought my first home and Im terrible with working on time. This company seems like a great idea until they started working on my house. Theyre very slow in coming up with ideas and when they do its usually to the point where I dont know what theyre going to do because they keep saying we dont have any information. And then youll have to wait for an eternity as well. Ive had to call them multiple times because I didnt understand what they were trying to say. And now this one time they came out to work on my house for two hours but never took off while I was there. Then again this is the only time that happened and they kept saying we wont stop yet.I think that adeptyx should go back to the company that it used to be. Its not like their customer service is anything close to good or their explanation of whats happening is ever clear.

ServicesI just left Adeptyx Home Services and I was very unhappy. The service we received were not what I expected. They did not work with our home properly to check the water damage back in early 2018 and it still is present now. My current provider of adeptyx services keeps telling me that my home is safe but they would never let me know if it was because their head office always has first base at all times. Thank you for your service but please dont recommend this company to me next time I call...
