Im very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at adesys.com. The customer representative was more interested in talking about their other products than helping me. They were especially unhelpful when it came to my computer and its problems. I had to call them multiple times to get help and they never responded. The only good thing about adesys.com is that they offer great computer services but companys customer service is terrible.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not feel good about what I received. The support my wife got through their system was amazing. However after being with them for so long I realized that the customer service is just a hologram. Its not worth your time or moneyThis company is just another computer services provider in town. They know how to provide basic computer services such assupporting businesses and individuals all across Fitchburg Madison. A single issue seems to be correctable by them under the watch of one or more managers alwaysURRENTLY YOU ARE IN CABINET OR DEPENDING ON OTHER CASES AND WILL BE BACK TO THAT SETTLEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.The user has already been within the business of Adesys for years and has heard bad reviews - worse than these few Reviewers - because 1 they are establishment-based companies 2 theyre looking for local
